Mission and Services

Our mission is to provide a world-class service to people who seek medically-certified therapists, trainers and diagnosticians to help them recover from injuries or operations, and maintain a high level of wellness.

Healthy Addiction LLC is pleased to offer the following programs to those seeking safe, supervised, expert exercise programs in individual sessions or classes:

  • One hour and half hour private sessions with medically-trained exercise specialists
  • Osteoporosis Program (dedicated to improving bone health)
  • Cardiopulmonary Wellness Program (in accordance with American Heart Association standards)
  • Guided Shopping Tour with a registered Dietician for 3-4 people
  • Well Coaching Program (provides structure, accountability, expertise and motivation to learn, grow and develop improved personal wellness programs)

Healthy Addiction is now offering healthy meals prepared by Gourmet Galley Catering at the following locations:

Healthy Addiction and Gourmet Galley Catering are offering healthy meals through The Health Nut Market starting Friday, August, 19, 2011.

The four meals offered at an introductory price include:
